These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Site shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction in Longs, South Carolina.

Rappid Energy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the "Effective Date." By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Site.
